Middle School Weekly Activities

DEEP – Sunday Night Fellowship is the front door to our ministry. It is a great place to bring friends for the first time. We will meet in Barron Hall at 6:30pm for a time of hanging out, playing games and learning about who Jesus is and how he wants to change our lives.

DEEPER – Sunday School starts at 9:30am in the Loft (Upstairs Spitzer Ed). We will gather for a time of fellowship with our high school friends and then have a teaching time with just Middle Schoolers. At this time, we will dig a little deeper into God’s Word together as we seek to know Him and be known by Him. This time will be led by volunteer leaders and youth staff. We are going through a study called GROW.

DEEPEST  Wednesday Night Small Group is the place where we will go the deepest in our pursuit of Jesus. The middle school girls will meet with their leaders and the middle school guys will meet with their leaders. We will be going through the book John this semester.

Co-Youth Director

Hi Middle and High School Friends!  We are glad you stopped by our page to check out what’s happening in Youth Ministry here at Sequoyah. I have been in ministry with teenagers for 16 years and love having deep conversations over coffee. I am married to my best friend, Casey, and we have three boys, Crosby, Kai, and Cohen. We enjoy doing anything outdoors, traveling the world, snowboarding, and surfing.  I love all things fair trade, essential oils, rainbow flip flops, and Tennessee football.  I am excited to get to know each of you. Stop by anytime!

Co-Youth Director

Hello hello! It’s a pleasure to see you on our Youth Ministry page. I’m the Co-Youth Director here at Sequoyah Hills, and I love helping others learn about God and His work in the world. I’m originally from Ohio, but moved to Knoxville where I played college basketball and met my fiance Madi. Together, we spend most of our free time playing tennis, Just Dance, and eating spaghetti. I’m also a huge nerd when it comes to guitars, ping pong, musical theatre, reading YA, and watching the NBA. Feel free to stop by and chat or reach out anytime!
