Kenton Gullion was born and raised in Southeast Ohio by a lively and loving Christian family. Growing up in the church, he was motivated to pursue Christian education and attended Johnson University where he played basketball and graduated with a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in 2021.
After working with students in various roles outside the church, he felt called to apply his passion and experiences to youth ministry and began at SHPC in the Spring of 2021. What gets him excited about youth ministry is the opportunity to share the love of God in a way that is deep, long-lasting, and fun. He also enjoys seeing students learn and grow spiritually alongside their friends, and develop motivation to share the love of God with the world around them.
Kenton is married to Madi, and has many interests including playing the guitar, piano, reading, and making movies.
